Free delivery anywhere in Canada (except remote areas) from $75 before taxes.

No code needed, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Maison Cy'Belle only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping options:

Standard delivery: $9.95 / delivery time: 3 to 14 business days (depending on the destination area).

Express Delivery: $13.95 / delivery time: 2 to 8 business days (depending on the destination area).

All our products are shipped to you by Canada Post.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, following shipping, please keep the shipping box, the products and their outer packaging and write to us as soon as possible at info@maisoncybelle.com to report the damage to us.

Returns

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their UNOPENED outer packaging within ten (10) days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
